As Human as it Gets

My past is just that
The past
But it always seems to
Reek havoc on my already
Seemingly perfect life

I'm human, yes
I make mistakes like everyone else
But mine always seem to ruin
The life I have worked so hard
To pick up again

When I seem to make a mistake
It damages everything I set up
My friends, my partner, myself
And as soon as all the pieces seemed to be picked up
I've already made another mistake

Life is like that for me
It stabs me in the back
But, life isn't the one truly to blame
It's my fault...all my fault
No one else is to blame...
...but me...
